Small Group Fitness Coaching

Organize a group of at least 4 people for SGPT (2-3 times per week). These workouts are done in a group setting (10 clients max), which makes them FUN, MOTIVATING, and CHALLENGING, and it keeps the cost of the training more affordable compared to private training. Our workouts are designed to ignite your metabolism by setting your muscles on fire.  We do this in the shortest amount of time possible to give you MAXIMUM RESULTS that fit in to your busy lives. Even in a group setting, personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
